What happens after you send us your eye scans
Four steps. Two days. One clear answer you can hold in your hand.
Step 1 — You send your papers
You tell us in a few taps what your doctor said. Then you take photos of your prescription, your reports and your scans, and upload them. A phone camera photo is fine as long as the words are readable.
You pay ₹1,499 once. That is the whole price. Nobody asks you for more money later.
Step 2 — A care coordinator checks every file
A real person opens each file before any doctor sees it. Eye scans are easy to get wrong: a page is missing, the picture is blurred, the machine printed only half the test.
If something is missing, we call you or message you on WhatsApp and show you a picture of the exact page we need. You do not have to guess.
Step 3 — A specialist reads your case
Your file goes to a doctor who works on that exact part of the eye — retina, cornea, glaucoma or cataract. Your name is removed. The doctor sees your eye, your age and your history, not your address or your job.
This doctor does not operate on you and earns nothing if you have surgery. So there is no reason to say yes when the answer is no.
Step 4 — You get the answer, in words you understand
You get a signed report on WhatsApp and email with the doctor's registration number on it. It says one of three things:
- Category A — the eye needs surgery now. Waiting can cost you sight.
- Category B — surgery can wait. Here is what to do instead and what to watch for.
- Category C — this surgery is a bad idea for your eye. Here is why.
Then a coordinator calls you for ten minutes and reads the report with you, in plain words, in your language.
If you do need surgery
Only if you ask, and only after you say yes, we pass your file to a checked hospital in your city. They already have everything, so you do not repeat the tests. We do not take money from you for that.

Send us your scans. A senior eye doctor who will never operate on you reads them and tells you the truth in two days.
